A: This play was created to disturb you to the core! As well, there is a scene in which a female appears naked, yet silhouetted (i.e. only her outline/form can be seen). Therefore we DO NOT recommend anyone under 18 attend. We are not responsible for future therapy sessions. Please be aware that there are NO REFUNDS if you or a member of your party are too scared to make it through.

A: This is the first of its kind. It is really a mix of the two, leaning more towards a play. This is NOT a typical Haunted House where you just walk through and people jump out and scare you. It is an interactive, guided story. You will be walking throughout the house and up and down stairs as the story unfolds around you.

A: Again, we DO NOT recommend anyone under 18 attend. We do not recommend this play for anyone with heart conditions, pregnant women, epileptics, or wimps.

A: All haunted houses say their actors won’t touch you. That is NOT the case here. There may be a time when an actor touches you, but don’t worry, it will be appropriate and part of the story.

A: There will be theatrical lighting, eerie music, strobe lights, fog and stunts happening all around you.

A: Delusion is open rain or shine. Yet, we will do our best to post an update on the home page of this website in the event of a closure. Be sure to refresh your page for the most current information. In the event of closure, presale tickets may be redeemed on another night or a refund may be issued if all other nights are sold out or cannot accommodate.

A: Yes the line is outside and it may be chilly so bring a sweater or jacket.

A: We have a few basic rules which must be followed at all times: *Turn your cellphones OFF please! Not just on vibrate. *Do not touch any stuntmen, actors, or staff at any time…unless asked to. *Do not bring any weapons, alcoholic beverages, or pets onto the property. *Respect other customers and employees; no rude or lewd behavior, defacing property, etc. *No smoking inside the attractions, or on the property (per LA County Fire Code) *No flashlights, lighters, or flash photography inside the mansion

A: Costumes are okay, but masks are not allowed for the safety of our employees and guests.

A: Tickets must be purchased via this site only (click here to go to ticket sales). There will be no tickets sold at the door. You MUST bring your printed ticket and ID to the event to enter.

A: They may try…but don’t worry, someone would intervene just in time!

A: No. Purchasing tickets acts as the waiver.

A: While in line, sure…while inside, NO WAY!

A: Wait times will vary depending on the night of your visit. Our tickets are timed so there will hopefully not be too long a wait…but if so…it’ll be worth it, trust us!

A: All rules are strictly enforced for the safety of our guests. Anyone violating the rules may be asked to leave the property with or without warning, and without refund.
